1. Eligibility & Acceptance

2. Tax-Exempt Status & Donations
- 501(c)(3) Status: Answered Call Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific tax situation.
- Refund Policy: All donations made to the Charity, including individual contributions, event registrations, and sponsorship packages, are voluntary and considered irrevocable gifts. Consequently, all donations and event registration fees are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Charity.
- Sponsorships: Sponsorship tiers (including the Freedom Sponsor package) are subject to the specific benefit allocations outlined at the time of agreement. The Charity reserves the right to substitute comparable promotional benefits if necessary.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website and marketing materials—including but not limited to logos, apparel designs, text, graphics, images, audio clips, and digital downloads—is the exclusive property of Answered Call Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our branding or logos without prior written consent from an authorized representative of the Charity.
4. Event Participation & Liability Waivers
If you register for or participate in any physical events hosted, sponsored, or organized by the Charity (including but not limited to 5k races, stair climbs, fitness challenges, or yoga initiatives):
- Physical Fitness: You acknowledge that participating in physical fitness events carries inherent risks of injury. You certify that you are physically fit and mentally capable of participating in such activities.
- Liability Release: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Answered Call Inc., its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and venue partners (including, where applicable, fitness facility partners) from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of injury, illness, or property damage sustained during an event.
- Media Release: By attending our public events, you grant the Charity the right to use photographs, video recordings, or audio captured during the event for promotional, marketing, or fundraising purposes without financial compensation to you.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using our website or interacting with our community, you agree not to:
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, or federal laws.
- Engage in any behavior that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of our website or systems.
